Warrant Service for Theft issued on Angela Manns

On Monday, January 23 Plymouth Police Department (PPD) Officer Weir issued a Warrant Service for Theft on Angela Manns, age 42. 

According to the press release, Officer Weir initiated a traffic stop on a Silver Cadillac for an infraction and found the driver to have an active warrant out of Marshall County.

Manns was taken in to custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail.

They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
