Osceola woman charged with OWI

PLYMOUTH — On Wednesday, March 3 at approximately 1:12 a.m., Deputy Anthony Styers initiated a traffic stop on a white Hyundai traveling northbound on Old US 31 near 4th Road. During the traffic stop investigation, driver Bonnie Agee was found to be under the influence of a controlled substance. Bonnie Agee, of Osceola, was taken to the Plymouth Hospital for a certified test and was found to be under the influence of a controlled substance. Agee was taken to the Marshall County Jail and was charged with operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated and was held on a $1,500 bond.

They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilty may be made.
