PLYMOUTH – A proposed supportive housing development in Plymouth has received nearly $2 million from a state agency and construction work is expected to start yet this year.

The Indiana Housing and Community Development Authority last week approved giving $1.7 million to Garden Court Inc., the planned apartment complex on the northwest corner of Oak Road and Jefferson Street.
