Plymouth to remain under travel advisory Monday

Plymouth remains under a watch-level travel advisory through Monday, Mayor Mark Senter said Sunday evening
Through an executive order Senter issued on Wednesday, a watch-level travel advisory is still in force.
The advisory limits travel to only essential trips, such as during an emergency or to and from work.
The Yellow River in Plymouth crested at about 17.65 feet at about 11:45 p.m. Thursday, below forecasts as high as 18 feet earlier in the week, according to the National Weather Service.
The river dropped below the major flood stage of 15 feet at about 3:30 p.m. Sunday.
The Yellow River isn’t expected to drop below flood stage until about 6 a.m. Tuesday, according to the NWS.
