PCSC classes cancelled Monday

Plymouth Community Schools have cancelled classes for Monday due to flooding.
District spokesperson Judi Lykowski released the announcement late Sunday afternoon.
The day will not be an eLearning day, according to Lykowski.
Instead the day will be made up at the end of the year.
The Yellow River in Plymouth crested at about 17.65 feet at about 11:45 p.m. Thursday, below forecasts as high as 18 feet earlier in the week, according to the National Weather Service.
The river dropped below the major flood stage of 15 feet at about 3:30 p.m. Sunday.
The Yellow River isn’t expected to drop below flood stage until about 6 a.m. Tuesday, according to the NWS.
