PCSC attorney: Lawsuit terms won’t be released because they are not finalized

Officials with Plymouth Community School Corp. late last week declined to release the terms of a settlement agreement between the school district and a former student who filed a lawsuit against it.
Plymouth-based attorney Jeff Houin, who represents PCSC, said the district would not release the terms because the agreement has not yet been finalized or submitted to Marshall Circuit Court, where the case was being litigated.
