No. 5 Glenn moves to 14-0 with win at Triton

Glenn's fifth-ranked Lady Falcons just keep on winning.
On Saturday night Glenn won a pivotal Northern State Conference game at Triton, 44-31, to improve to 14-0 overall on the season, 4-0 in the NSC.
The Lady Falcons trailed 18-14 in the first quarter, but went on an impressive 19-2 run between the end of the first half and midway through the third quarter to take a 33-20 lead.
Leading the way for Glenn was Loren Vukovits, who had a game-high 14 points to go along with six rebounds. Vukovits was one of three double-figure scorers on the night for Glenn, including Natalie Shetler, who chipped in 12 points, and Kyannah Stull, who had 11.
Triton, ranked sixth in Class 1A, was led by Kylie Mason's 13 points and Becca Kennedy added 10.
The Trojans fell to 9-5, 2-1.
Glenn now will set its sights on a big showdown Tuesday night at No. 3 Oregon-Davis, who is 10-3. Triton will also be back in action Tuesday when it travels to New Prairie.
