Lullababies meets
Help little one develop a love of reading from the start with Lullababies, a special program for babies at The Nappanee Public Library.  Infants ages 9 to 23 months and their caregivers meet in this high-energy group Tuesdays, Oct. 2, 9, and 16, from 10 to 10:30 a.m.
Lullababies gives babies and caregivers the chance to interact with each other through songs, finger plays, rhymes, and more. Designed to match the shorter attention spans of the little ones, Lullababies is lively and entertaining; not a “sit still and listen” kind of program.

The club will meet Sunday, Oct. 14 from 2 to 4 p.m. to discuss “Perfume” by Patrick Suskind.  An acclaimed bestseller and international sensation, Suskind’s classic novel provokes a terrifying examination of what happens when one man’s indulgence in his greatest passion — his sense of smell — leads to murder.
For more information or to reserve a copy of the book, call 574-773-7919, or go to  The Cover to Cover Book Club meets at the library on the second Sunday of each month.
