Howard turns himself in to police

Benton Christopher Howard, 42, of Knox, turned himself in to police this morning at approximately 9:45 a.m. Howard was wanted for his alleged role in the stabbing of Brandon Davidson, 28, of Knox, on Nov. 30.
Howard has been charged with aggravated battery, a Level 3 Felony, and attempted murder, a Level 1 Felony, for his alleged involvement in the stabbing of Davidson.
Currently, Howard is being held in the Starke County Jail on a $250,000 bond.
All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
