Glenn opens conference play by beating LaVille

Glenn boys basketball team won its third game in a row thanks to a hard-fought 52-44 victory over LaVille in the Northern State Conference opener for both schools Saturday night at The Aerie.
The Falcons were led by 6-foot-5 Levi Schleg's game-high 16 points.
The Lancers were paced by Isaac Eash's 14 points.
The win moved the Falcons' record to 6-2 overall, 1-0 in the NSC. The Lancers, on the other hand, dropped to 5-2, 0-1.
Glenn will next be back in action Jan. 6 when it hosts Rochester, while LaVille will participate in the Senator Classic Dec. 27 at Washington Township High School.
