Emergency action plans should be implemented by businesses, schools, government agencies and other organizations. County roads are drifted badly in certain areas. County highway personnel are out working on opening the roads. Do not attempt to drive down roads that have deep snow drifts. Vehicles that become stuck hinder the plowing operation.
