Plymouth sets trick-or-treating times; no downtown event

During Monday’s Board of Public Works and Safety meeting, the date and time for Halloween trick-or-treating was approved. Trick-or-treating will occur on Halloween, Sunday, Oct. 31 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.

It was also announced by Plymouth Mayor Mark Senter that there will be no Downtown Trick-or-Treat event this year. 

Instead, there will be a Trunk or Treat event on Saturday, Oct. 30 at River Park Square from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. This event is held by the Plymouth Park and Recreation Department. They are also holding the following:

• Barn Sale from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 2 at the horse barn in Centennial Park.

• Park Board meeting at 5 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 4 at the Conservation Clubhouse.

• Movie night at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 20 at the Webster Center. Movie of the night will be Ghostbusters.

• Haunted Grounds from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 28 at the Freyman Shelter.
