CULVER — F. William "Bill" Snyder, 79, of Culver, died Wednesday, Dec. 1 at Miller's Merry Manor, Culver.
He is survived by his son, Michael (Shirley) Snyder of Culver; daughters, Dr. Susan Snyder (Jim Kulesia) of Lafayette and Lynda (Galen) Hershberger of Middlebury; three grandchildren and six great-grandchildren; as well as sisters Barbara (Ralph) Pedersen of Culver and Joanna (Virgil) McCann of Plymouth; and brother, Jim (Joyce) Snyder of Dixon, Ill.
Visitation is Friday, Dec. 10 from 5 to 8 p.m. at Odom Funeral Home, Culver, and one hour prior to services at the Wesley United Methodist Church.
Services are Saturday, Dec. 11 at 1 p.m. at Wesley United Methodist Church, with Rev. Larry Saunders officiating.
Burial will be private.
Memorials may be given to the Culver-Union Township Fire Department, Wesley United Methodist Church or the Bill and Barbara Snyder Memorial Scholarship/Marshall County Community Foundation.

CULVER — Mary Powers, 98, of Culver, died Thursday, Dec. 2, at 7:30 a.m. at Miller's Merry Manor, Culver.
She is survived by her brother, Vern (Marriam) McKee of Culver; sister Annabelle Fisher of Bremen; seven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
There will be no visitation.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
Burial will be private.
Memorials may be made to the Rebekkah Lodge.
