Eva Belle Freeman

PLYMOUTH — Eva Belle Freeman, 93, of Warsaw, died at 2:50 a.m., Wednesday, April 3, 2013, in Miller’s Merry Manor, Plymouth. Eva was born Feb. 6, 1920 in Pierceton to Ora Edward and Pearl Jane (Copeland) Priser. Eva and Dale D. Freeman were married Jan. 1, 1939 in Syracuse and preceded in death Feb. 4, 2003.
She was a homemaker and a member of Trinity United Methodist Church, Warsaw, and attended Plymouth Baptist Church. She made her own clothes, taught herself to play the organ and loved her grandchildren.
She is survived by: daughter-in-law: Cheryl Freeman, Plymouth; two granddaughters: Cathy (Tom) Jolly, Plymouth; and Christy Murphy, Plymouth; two grandsons: David (Stefanie) Freeman, Plymouth; Daniel Freeman, Plymouth; nine great-grandchildren; one great-great-granddaughter; two sisters: Rose (Robert) Lockridge, Warsaw; and Beverly Hoffer, Nappanee. She was preceded in death by son: Richard Freeman (April 3, 2006); five brothers and five sisters.
Visitation will be Saturday, April 6, 2013 from 10 - 11:30 a.m. in Titus Funeral Home, Warsaw. A service celebrating the life of Eva Belle Freeman will follow at 11:30 a.m., in the funeral home with Pastor David Hummel of Trinity United Methodist Church. Burial will follow in the Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw.
