BREMEN — Terrence “T-Bone” Finney, 56, of Bremen, passed away Thursday, May 16, 2013 at Memorial Hospital in South Bend. He was born Dec. 16, 1956 to George Everett and Mary (Moon) Finney in Midland, Mich. He married Tracy Johnson on Oct. 25, 1980.
Terry graduated from IUSB with a business degree. He owned and operated Partners Construction, making a living with his owned skilled hands. Terry was also a Chicago Bears fan.

She was born Dec. 28, 1937 in South Bend, a daughter of Raymond and Viola (Hively) Nye, and has lived in this area all of her life.

NAPPANEE — Richard L. “Dick” Felts, 72, of Nappanee, died Thursday, at 3:35 p.m. at his residence from a short illness.
He is survived by his wife, Zula; son, Richard Glenn (Michele) Felts of South Bend; daughter, Tammy S. (Ron) Golden of Nappanee; four grandchildren; sister, Thelma (Don) Rink of Nappanee; and brother, Steven Felts of Murphy, N.C.

PLYMOUTH — Glenn Delos Amor, 87, of Plymouth, passed away at 5:15 p.m. Wednesday, May 15, 2013, in Miller’s Merry Manor, Plymouth.
Glenn, a lifetime Marshall County resident, was born in Tyner, on the 12th of June, 1925. He was the son of Lester A. and Rosa G. (Miller) Amor.
A veteran of World War II, Glenn served in the United States Army and was a member of the American Legion Post 27 in Plymouth.

She is survived by her parents, Ricky and Amber; sister, Gracie RaAnne; brother, Gage Michael; maternal grandparents, Gary and Laura Calvert; paternal grandmother, Cindy Gunnels.

FORT WAYNE — Marjorie Laretta Mills Darocsi, 88, of Ft. Wayne passed away May 11, 2013. She was born Aug. 8, 1924, in Western Kansas to John and Susan Mills. She was a graduate of Central Bible Institute in Springfield, Mo. She then moved to Chicago, where she met John Darocsi Jr. They married in 1946. Marjorie was a licensed minister in Illinois and was on staff at the Hebrew Mission.

Survivors include his wife, Ginnie; three daughters, Cindy (Brian) Morris of South Bend, Lisa (Tom) Overmyer of Argos and Nikki (Felix) Salazar of Hamlet; nine grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; one sister, Wilma Harris of New Carlisle and two brothers, Don Hartley of LaPorte and John Hartley of Milwaukee.

La PORTE — Mrs. Esther B. Martin, 94, of La Porte, died Tuesday, May 14, 2013 at Miller's Merry Manor in Plymouth.
 She was born Dec. 30, 1918 in New Buffalo Twp., Mich., the daughter of Wheeler Meyers and Iva (Barnes) Meyers.

She was a member of Lambs Chapel United Methodist Church. Esther enjoyed sewing.
 On May 20, 1939, in LaPorte, she married Merle Martin who preceded her in death Feb. 10, 2006.

LaPAZ — Rick S. Pertics, 61, passed away Monday morning, May 13, 2013 at the farm from injuries sustained in an accident. Rick was the co-owner of Pertics Blueberry Plantation in LaPaz. He was born Oct. 13, 1951 in South Bend to the late Ernest R. and Gloria J. (Melton) Pertics. Rick lived all of his life in LaPaz and Plymouth. Rick and Cindy married March 7, 1987 in LaPaz.
