MONDAY, JUNE 29

• Pickleball will be played from 1-3 p.m. at the Webster Center. The public is welcome.
• American Red Cross will hold a fallen officer blood drive from 1:30-6:30 p.m. at Marshall County Sheriff’s Office, 1400 N. Pioneer Drive in Plymouth. TUESDAY, JUNE 30

• Plymouth Public Library is holding a movie day. A movie will be shown at 1 p.m. in the Laramore Meeting Rooms. Popcorn will be provided, but bring your own drink or purchase one in the snack room. • Roger Rettinger and Britt Myers will sing and play the piano at 12 p.m. at the Matchett Square Senior Center, 805 N. Harris St., Bourbon. REAL Services dinner will be served at 11:30 a.m. Please call Jan at 574-342-7031 to sign up for a meal.

WEDNESDAY, JULY 1

• Abraham Lincoln (a/k/a: Danny Russell) will make an appearance and share his life story titled “Abraham Lincoln: From Log Cabin to the White House” at Miller’s Assisted Living at 625 Oakhill Ave. in Plymouth at 2 p.m. For more information call 574-936-9801 and ask for Anna Corbett or Cindy Flagg.
• Stevens Puppets will present Beauty and the Beast at 2 p.m. in the Plymouth Public Library Laramore meeting rooms. Everyone is welcome. For more information call the Plymouth Public Library at 574-936-2324 and press 2 for the Children’s Room.
• The Plymouth class of '58 will meet for its monthly luncheon at Java Jack's, in downtown Mentone, at 11:30 a.m. Anyone who knows the classmates is welcome to join. For further information call Marilee at 574-936-2201.

THURSDAY, JULY 2

• Jake Elliott and Melvin Mullins will sing and play their guitars at 12 p.m. at the Matchett Square Senior Center, 805 N. Harris St., Bourbon. REAL Services dinner will be served at 11:30 a.m. Please call Jan at 574-342-7031 to sign up for a meal.

SATURDAY, JULY 4

• Fireworks display at Swan Lake Resort will begin at dusk. The event is free to the public.
• There will be a pancake breakfast from 7 a.m.-12 p.m. CDT at the Koontz Lake Fire Department. Cost is $6 for adults and $3 for children 12 and younger. Funds will go to the fire department.
• Bourbon United Pentecostal Church will host its 7th annual Community Fireworks and Ice Cream Social. The event takes place in the church parking lot located at 201 N Bourbon St. Ice cream will be served at 9 p.m. and fireworks will begin at dusk. All are welcome. Bring a lawn chair.

SUNDAY, JULY 5

• Shiloh Wesleyan Church is inviting the surrounding community to a free ice cream social at 6:30 p.m. at the picnic shelter (Oasis if raining). Shiloh Wesleyan Church is at the corner of King and 4B Road in Plymouth. Please contact the church office for more information at 574-936-7290.
• Bourbon United Pentecostal church will hold its 60th annual picnic. It will begin after the conclusion of the morning worship service (around
noon) at the Bourbon Park Pavilion. A fish fry provides the main course while attendees bring side dishes to share. In addition to food served, there will be activities for children and adults. All are welcome. Bring a dish to share.
