The Rentown Country Store plans to join with some local shops and several area businesses to host a Midnight Madness event, of which the stores will be open until midnight, and Rentown Country Stores will offer refreshments, specials and give away $1,500 in Midnight Madness "bucks."

Plymouth Church of the Heartland, 705 E. Jefferson St., is presenting their Christmas Concert at 7 p.m. in the main sanctuary. The public is invited to participate.
LaPaz area Toys for Tots collection boxes are located at Dollar General in LaPaz and First Source Bank in LaPaz. Santa will be available Saturday, Dec. 10 at the LaPaz Fire Station to receive toys from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Plymouth VFW Post 1162, 606 Lake Ave., Plymouth, is hosting a Kids Christmas Party at 11 a.m. The party — open to the community — includes a visit from Santa, movies, treats and party favors, and kids bingo.
Culver Lions, VFW Post 6919, and Culver Union Township Fire Department are hosting a children's Christmas party from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. in the Culver Elementary School cafeteria. Santa will arrive at approximately 11:10 a.m. Rutin Tutin Rudi the Clown will be on hand and each child will receive treats.
The annual Christmas Cookie Walk will be held in the fellowship hall at Trinity United Methodist Church, 425 S. Michigan Road from 8 a.m. to noon. There will be a large assortment of holiday cookies. The Fulton County Historical Society will hold its annual Christmas Open House from 1 to 6 p.m. Local piano players will be playing on the baby grand from the Colonial Hotel. The museum will be decorated with approximately 40 or more trees and refreshments will be served. Check out the gift shop for stocking stuffers, history books, etc. Program called the Wild West Town will be at 6 p.m. in the Richland Center Memorial Hall. This will be a fundraiser for the museum. Cost will be $6 for ages 12 and older, 11 and under free. Produced by Country Chuckles Entertainment, filled with music, comedy, dance, etc.
The Plymouth Community Youth Orchestra will be presenting its Winter Concert. This performance will be held in the Plymouth High School Auditorium at 6 p.m. Doors open at 5:30 p.m. and everyone in the community is invited.
A training session for Bremen Holy Walk volunteers will be at 7 p.m. at the Bremen United Methodist Church located on Plymouth Street in Bremen. The Holy Walk will be at a new location and it is critical for all workers to attend one of the training sessions to obtain vital information.

The Plymouth High School Music Department will present the third annual Christmas Spectacular production in the PHS auditorium at 3 p.m. Tickets for the event are available at the door for the price of $5 per adult and $3 per child/student/senior. This year's show is called Santa's Wild Wacky Workshop!

Marshall County Youth for Christ will hold "A Chocolate Affair" fundraiser at Christo's Banquet Center from 4 to 6 p.m. Three chocolate fountains, other desserts, and a coffee bar will provide refreshments for the evening's "mingling" event. A live auction will begin at 5:30 p.m. Tickets are $25 per person and can be purchased in advance or at the door.
