MONDAY, NOV. 23

• City of Plymouth board of public works and safety will meet at 6 p.m. in council chambers, 124 N. Michigan St., Plymouth (Garro Street entrance). Common council will meet at 6:30 p.m. or immediately following the board of public works and safety meeting.

TUESDAY, NOV. 24

• There will be an American Red Cross blood drive from 8:30 a.m. - 2 p.m., at Bremen High School, 511 W. Grant St., Bremen. Download the American Red Cross Blood Donor App, visit redcrossblood.org or call 1-800-RED CROSS (1-800-733-2767) to make an appointment or for more information.
• Santa Anna United Methodist Church of rural Argos is holding a fundraiser at Dairy Queen, 1420 E. 9th St. in Rochester. People dining between 4-9 p.m. will be benefiting the church roof and furnace fund at Santa Anna. Please call Dorothy at 574-892-6128 for more information or if you’d like to make a donation.
• A member of Congresswoman Jackie Walorski's staff will be holding office hours to assist constituents with casework and official business from 9-11 a.m. at Plymouth City Hall, common council chambers, 124 N. Michigan St., Plymouth.
• The Bourbon United Pentecostal Church will celebrate Thanksgiving with its midweek service at 7 p.m. The public is invited.
• The Argos Redevelopment Commission will meet at the town municipal building located at 201 W. Walnut St. at 6:30 p.m.

THURSDAY, NOV. 26

• The soup kitchen at New Song Community Church, 410 Kingston Road, Plymouth, will be serving Thanksgiving dinner from 4:30-6:30 p.m. Doors open at 4 p.m.
• The South Bend Turkey Trot, a 5K/1 mile fun run/walk will start at the Career Academy of South Bend at 8 a.m. Early bird prices are $25. Registration is open at positiveteenhealth.org/south-bend-turkey-trot.html. Proceeds will benefit A Positive Approach to Teen Health (PATH).

FRIDAY, NOV. 27

• Argos American Legion Post 68, now under new management, will be serving its Friday night special from 5-8 p.m. A variety of appetizers and sandwiches will also be served. Family dining available. Open to the public. For more information, please call 574-892-6509.

SATURDAY, NOV. 28

• The fourth annual Winter Wonderland holiday bazaar will be from 9 a.m.-2 p.m. at Plymouth Family Moose Center, 1225 W. Jefferson St., Plymouth. Event includes crafts and vendors of all types, cookie walk, visit by Santa, bake sale, and raffle.

SUNDAY, NOV. 29

• The "Voices of Praise" singing group will be presenting Advent and Christmas music during the morning worship service at the Donaldson Evangelical Covenant Church, at 10 a.m. A potluck dinner will follow. The church is located at the corner of U.S. 30 and Union Road in Donaldson. All
are invited to worship with us for this special musical presentation.
• First Baptist Church of Bremen will have a free screening of “Do You Believe?” at 5:30 p.m. The movie, from the creators of “God’s Not Dead”, follows the lives of 12 different people, each moving in different directions, but longing for something more.
