Wa-Nee principals nominated for award

Wa-Nee Community Schools is celebrating the recent announcement that two of the district's leaders are in the running for some very distinctive honors. The news was shared among members of the school board during a session held on Monday evening, Oct. 28.
The Indiana Association of School Principals has notified the Wa-Nee administration that David Maugel, NorthWood High School principal, and Alan Thompson, principal of Woodview Elementary, have both been nominated for the title of Principal of the Year in their respective fields.
