W. Lynn Stayton

PLYMOUTH — W. Lynn Stayton, age 72, of Plymouth, passed away at 11:52 a.m., Friday, June 7, 2013, at Memorial Hospital, in South Bend. 
Lynn was born June 28, 1940, in Argos, to W. Pete and Virginia Ruth (Hessler) Stayton. Nov. 27, 1968, was the day that Lynn and Donna M. Wallace chose as their wedding day. Lynn and Donna enjoyed 40 years of marriage. Donna passed away March 29, 2009. Lynn worked at the Sierra Hospital, in the maintenance department, while they lived in California. Lynn’s greatest joys were his three grandchildren and spending time with his family and friends.
Lynn is survived by his daughter, Tena Lade of Plymouth; his sons, Bill Himes and Terry Wallace; his three grandchildren; his sisters, Mary Cooper of Plymouth, Sandy (Donald) York of Plymouth, and Carol (George) Shoemaker of Argos; and his brother, Bill (Ruth) Stayton of Plymouth. Lynn was preceded in death by his wife, Donna M. Stayton and his brother-in-law, Le Roy Cooper.
