Accident closes Michigan St. for short period |

An accident at noon Tuesday closed Michigan Street from Madison Street to Jackson Street. Plymouth Police said Patricia Serf, 41, of Plymouth, pulled onto Michigan from Monroe into the path of Lance Stein, 39, also of Plymouth
Stein swerved to miss Serf's vehicle and hit Carrie Phelps, 21, of Plymouth, in the northbound lane of Michigan Street. Both Phelps and Stein had injuries to their legs, however Serf was uninjured.
