Price to play for Ancilla softball E-mail
Wednesday, 28 May 2008
WALKERTON — John Glenn High School second baseman Kelli Price recently signed her National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) Letter of Intent to play softball for Ancilla College.
While at Ancilla, Price will major in pre-allied health with plans to get into the physical therapy field in the near future.
Price is a three-year letter winner for coach Dan Drotar’s Falcons and chose Ancilla due to the ability to stay close to home and play softball.
“Kelli is a fantastic young lady who, I’m sure, will make some fabulous contributions to our team on and off the field,” said Ancilla softball head coach Scott Reese. “I am looking forward to watching her future progress and excited that she has chosen to be a part of the Ancilla softball family.”
Price is the daughter of Ron and Kim Price of North Liberty.
