Two pigs cuddle up while in their pen at the Marshall County 4-H Fair.  Acitivities continue through this week and the fair closes on Saturday, July 28.
Scheduled today, all day, is the antique tractor show sponsored by Farm Bureau Insurance. Kids’ games and activities are from 1 to 5 p.m. in the Open Class building and during that same time, little ones can enjoy Kids Day at the Fair — with a $15 wristband.
At 2 p.m., there is a piano recital with local piano students. At 6 p.m., there will be an appearance by Ronald McDonald and at 6:30 p.m., the Kiddie Tractor Pull is scheduled, sponsored by North Central Agri-Power. Capping off the night at 7:30 p.m., there is the Community Talent Show, sponsored by Marshall County REMC. Throughout the day, there is also the rabbit show, beef show and horse and pony shows, in addition to the drill team and “Horsemen without Horses.”
