    Indiana State Troopers gathered at the Bremen Post No. 24 Wednesday at 11 a.m. for the annual memorial service to honor and remember the fallen troops who served to the point of self-sacrifice.
  

Through the solemn silence, J. Brad Weaver, lieutenant commander, and Raymond K. Humphrey, first sergeant assistant commander, read the names of the fallen officers, taking a moment to honor each one.
