4-H members compete for 2007 top achievers E-mail

The 2007 Marshall County 4-H Achiever Competition was held on Thursday, June 28 at the Purdue Cooperative Extension Office.  


Fourteen 4-H members participated in the activity. The criteria for being selected a top achiever are based on achievement and activities in the 4-H program, personality, and essay and speech.  Five 4-H members will be named the top five achievers with two being named outstanding achievers.  The awards ceremony will be held at the opening ceremonies of the Marshall County 4-H Fair on July 22 at 7 p.m. at the Marshall County 4-H Fairgrounds in Argos.  

The 4-H members who participated are Olivia Eyrich, Tyson Horter and Peggy Nifong of Bourbon Township; Mandy Chalk, Bryttenny Gaines, Kasey Greer, Elaine Hessel, Matthew Keller, and Andrew Suseland of Center Township; Matthew Kepler and Kelsey Strahla of Green Township; Samantha Dickeson of Polk Township, Stacy Weissert of Tippecanoe Township and Ryan Benczik of West Township.
