Walking for a cause E-mail
Tuesday, 22 April 2008

Image
Cancer survivor Mike Schwartz and wife Donna, of Plymouth (both teachers at Culver High School), walk in Culver’s first Relay for Life Friday night.

More than 1,000 people packed the football field at Culver Academies for the Relay for Life, which included a host of events, activities and entertainment.
Culver Academies head of schools John Buxton and his wife Pam were active supporters of the school’s Relay, which drew more than 60 teams from all across the Culver community.  The event was brought into fruition largely by student efforts. Pilot photo/Jeff Kenney
