PLYMOUTH  — Former Plymouth basketball coach Michael Edison has filed a tort claim against the Plymouth Community School Corporation in connection with his resignation in October, 2007.
A tort notice is a claim of personal wrong or injury against the petitioner.

Assistant Superintendent Dan Tyree confirmed the tort was filed last week.
After meeting with school officials in October, Edison was forced with resignation or termination when officials announced Edison had used the school computers improperly.
Edison has hired a Ft. Wayne attorney to assist in the claim.
