Feb. 11, 2008
    PLYMOUTH —  Bettye Lou (Overmyer) Murdick-Augsburger, 84, died at 10:05 p.m. Monday, Feb. 11 in the Swiss Village Retirement Home, Berne.
  She is survived by her son, Michael (Adele) Murdick  of Franklin; daughter, Faye (Sam) Davenport of Granger; stepchildren: Maxine ( Keith) Hague of Cedarville, Ohio, and Ivan (Carien) Augsburger of Amsterdam, Netherlands; 11 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and a brother, James D. (Jean) Overmyer of New Castle.
    Visitation is Thursday, Feb. 14 from 3 to 7 p.m. at the Johnson-Danielson Funeral Home, 1110 N. Michigan St., Plymouth. Funeral services will be held following visitation at 7 p.m.   
    Burial will be on Friday in the Leiters Ford I.O.O.F. Cemetery, Leiters Ford.
    Memorial contributions are requested to be directed to CEF of North Central Indiana, 14086 Michigan Rd., Argos, IN 46501.

    PLYMOUTH — Lawrence A. Harness Sr., 79, of Morristown, Tenn., formerly of Plymouth, died Sunday, Feb. 10, 2008 in Tennessee. 
    He is survived by his wife, Susan; daughter, Debra Lake of Ft. Wayne; sons: Lawrence Jr., Kenneth, Keith and Brian, all of Ft. Wayne; step-children: Ron Reese of Florida and Victor Ayres of Piqua, Ohio; seven grandchildren; sisters: Susan Fort of Knox, Judy Young of Leiters Ford and Peggy Harness of Knox; brothers: Jeff of Plymouth, LaVerne of Columbia City and Jerry of Florida. 
    Funeral services will be Friday at 2 p.m. CST at Rannells Funeral Home, Hamlet Chapel. Burial will be in the Fletcher Cemetery in Hamlet with military graveside services being conducted. Visitation is Thursday from 3 to 7 p.m. CST and Friday after 12 p.m. until the time of services at the funeral home. 
    Memorial contributions may be given to the American Cancer Society.
