PLYMOUTH — Three county boards will close out the year Thursday.
The Marshall County Drainage Board will meet Thursday morning at 8:15 a.m. in the commissioners meeting room of the Marshall County Building.

On the agenda, Brent Martin will discuss a drainage issue at the Tech Farm, west of Plymouth.
The Marshall County Commissioners will meet in its year-end session Thursday in the commissioners meeting room beginning at 8:30 a.m.
On the agenda, Marshall County Auditor Penny Lukenbill will provide a department report; there will be 2010 department head appointments; 2010 “Sick Bank Committee” appointments and the 2010 sheriff’s contract will be discussed.
The Marshall County Council will then meet in its year-end session Thursday at 9 a.m.
On the agenda, the council will discuss additional appropriations and transfer requests and also hear the auditor’s report.
