Plymouth’s Benge, Plumlee receive All-NLC volleyball honors |

Northern Lakes Conference volleyball champion Elkhart Memorial led the NLC All-Conference field with four selections, conference runner-up Warsaw had three picks, and Plymouth senior hitters Chelsea Benge and Carly Plumlee were both named to the all-conference first team for the NLC third-place Lady Pilgrims.
Memorial seniors Brittany Anglemyer, Amanda Troyer and Krystle Troyer were all named to the team, as was junior Brianna Moore. Warsaw was represented by Corinne Coon, Sarah Shilling and Kaitlin Reichard. Concord, which finished behind 5-2 Plymouth at 4-3 in the final conference standings, also received a pair of first-team selections in Courtney Eades and Melanie Meyer, while Northridge’s Kerri Doutlick, NorthWood’s Kaci Heeter and Wawasee’s Ali Herdrich were also named. Receiving Honorable Mention in the conference was senior Plymouth setter Nicole Scheetz. Memorial’s Jacquie Rost was named the NLC Coach of the Year after guiding the Chargers to a perfect 7-0 mark in the conference.
