    GROVERTOWN — Preston D. Cobb, 63, died Saturday, Oct. 24, 2009 in his home.  He is survived by his wife, Vetia; two sons: David of Plant City, Fla. and Preston Jr. of Richmond, Ky.; three granddaughters; and three sisters: Lilly Young and Brenda Minton, both of London, Ky. and Helen Cochran of Chesterton.   
    There will be no services or visitation.
    Cremation will take place.  
    Rannells Funeral Home, Hamlet Chapel was entrusted with arrangements.

    PLYMOUTH — Fred W. Fritter, 63, of Plymouth, died Monday, Oct. 26, 2009 at 10:30 a.m. at his home.
    Arrangements are pending with Van Gilder Funeral Home, Plymouth.

    BREMEN — Elmer Robbins, 99, of Bremen, died Saturday, Oct. 24, 2009 at Bremen Health Care Center, Bremen.
    He is survived by his daughter, Bonnie Robbins of South Bend; a son, Wayne Robbins; foster daughter, Louise Weaver of LaFountain and several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
    Visitation will take place one hour prior to the memorial service to be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 31 at Mishler Funeral Home, 2030 S.R. 331, Bremen.
    Memorials may be made to the cause of the donor’s choice.

    PLYMOUTH — Joseph W. VanVactor, 90, of Plymouth, died Monday, Oct. 26, 2009 at 6:50 a.m. at Elkhart Hospice House. Arrangements are pending with Van Gilder Funeral Home, Plymouth.
