Cassandra “Badanish” Basehoar Oct. 23, 2009 PLYMOUTH — Cassandra “Badanish” Basehoar, 62, of Plymouth, died Oct. 23, 2009 at her residence. She is survived by her husband, Robert; daughter, Desiree Badanish of Leesburg, Fla.; sons: Emery Badanish of Independence, Mo. and Floyd Badanish of Grand Rapids, Mich.; mother, Dorothy Schriver Schmelter of Plymouth; and a sister, Bonnie Edwards (Larry) Sheetz. Visitation will take place Monday, Oct. 26 from 4 to 6 p.m. with a funeral service at 6 p.m. at Johnson-Danielson Funeral Home, 1100 N. Michigan St., Plymouth. Visitation will also take place Tuesday, Oct. 27 from noon to 2 p.m. with a service at 2 p.m. at Lake Forest Cemetery Chapel, Grand Haven, Mich. Burial will take place at Lake Forest Cemetery, Grand Haven, Mich. Memorials may be made to the Calvary Lutheran Church, Plymouth.
Charles Beery Oct. 23, 2009 BREMEN — Charles Beery, 82, of Bremen, died Friday, Oct. 23, 2009 at the Bremen Health Care Center in Bremen. Arrangements are pending with the Mishler Funeral Home in Bremen.
Harry D. Kane Oct. 21, 2009 BREMEN — Harry Dale Kane died Wednesday, Oct. 21, 2009 in Bremen. He is survived by his daughters: Jane (David) Yoder, Jan (Tim) Hardy, Jenny (Todd) Bennitt, Julie (Tracy) Miller, all of Bremen; Jill (Don) Mulvihill of Glen Ellyn, Ill., and Joann (Dave) Teune of Concord, N.H.; 17 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; a sister-in-law, Ruth Kane of South Bend; and a brother-in-law and his wife, Del and Julia Lauver of Niles, Mich. Friends and family are invited to a service at Nappanee Missionary Church Sunday, Nov. 8, at 2:30 p.m. A time of fellowship for all will follow. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Bremen United Methodist Daycare or to Nappanee Missionary Church. The Mishler Funeral Home, Bremen was entrusted with arrangements.
