Lenker Services of Ply-mouth was the lone bidder at $8,200 for the project.

Additionally, Lenker has offered to remove the asphalt from the airport site with their own trucks.
The bid was opened during the regular meeting of the board Tuesday night.
Other agenda items in-cluded a report from Chris Snyder, Woolpert, Inc. on the 2010 Capital Improvement Plan.
Wollpert, an Indianapolis firm, serves as the consultant to the board.
Snyder informed the board of an upcoming Aviation Association of Indiana Capital Improvement Plan meeting. The meeting will be held at Swan Lake Resort in October.
