Triton schools offices closed during month of July E-mail

The offices of Triton Elementary School and Triton Jr./Sr. High School will be closed during the month of July for summer cleaning and maintenance and will reopen Monday, Aug. 3. Elementary office hours will be 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. and at the junior-senior high school, 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
New students entering Triton Jr./Sr. High School should call 574-342-6505 to make an appointment to register.
Regular student registration for textbook rental collection dates for students attending Triton Jr./Sr. High School are Wednesday, Aug. 12 from 8 a.m. to noon, 1 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m.; and Thursday, Aug. 13 from 8 a.m. to noon and 1 to 4 p.m. Textbook rental costs for Triton Jr./ Sr. High School are not available prior to registration because the amounts are based on the classes that each student is enrolled in for the year.
The hours for registration and textbook rental collection for Triton Elementary School are Wednesday, Aug. 5 and Thursday, Aug. 6 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Wednesday, Aug. 12 from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Textbook rental for the elementary students is as follows: kindergarten, $71.49; first grade, $122.87; second, $124.72; third grade, $123.40; fourth grade, $120.94; fifth grade, $113.56 or sixth grade, $135.59.
Textbooks are to be paid in full or a payment schedule set up on these dates for both buildings. All student lunches will cost $1.40 a day. Elementary (student) breakfast is .85 per day and a student breakfast at the junior-senior high school is $1 per day.
The first school day for Triton students is Tuesday, Aug. 18.
