Thirty downtown businesses are taking part in a weekend full of events, including horse-drawn carriage rides Friday. In addition to the rides, carolers have been filling the Garro Street area downtown with music.

Jenny Dudash, as Grace Farrell, watches as Annie — Maicee Evans — talks with Rooster Hannigan, played by Austin Haynes in Lincoln Junior High’s “Annie” this weekend at the school.

The play, directed by Ryan Howell, will take place at Lincoln’s auditorium Friday, May 8 and Saturday, May 9 at 7 p.m. both nights and Sunday, May 10 at 2 p.m. Cost is $3 for students and $5 for adults.
All moms get a special Mother’s Day discount Sunday, when they pay student ticket price.
