David Alan Syler
David Alan Syler
Sept. 7, 1957 - April 13, 2009
    Mr. David Alan Syler, 50, died in his home Dunedin, Fla. on April 13, 2009. He died of a heart attack and had had heart surgery in 1998.
    Mr. Syler graduated from Plymouth High School, attended Technical Institute in South Bend and served his electrician’s apprenticeship in Nappanee. He moved to Florida following completion of his education and had resided there ever since. He was currently employed as a master electrician for Live Wire Electric Company in Florida.
    Mr. Syler is the son of former Plymouth residents T. Ross Syler and the late Sally Sy!er. His late grandparents, Ellen Syler and Ivan W. Syler also had resided in Plymouth.
    His father, T. Ross Syler, Tamarac, Fla. and his sister, Lt. Col. Barbara Syler, currently serving in Iraq, survive him.
    Condolences for the family may be sent care of T. Ross Syler, 4960 E. Sabel Palm Blvd., Apt. 112, Tamarac, FL, 33319. Cremation has occurred and Mr. Syler’s ashes will be interred at a later date in the Syler family crypt at Plymouth New Oaklawn Cemetery.
