Triton, LaVille hunting elusive 1st NSC win

September 30, 2010

LAKEVILLE — As teams enter the last third of the regular season, several are preparing for sectional rivalry games.
LaVille and Triton are both sitting at 1-5 on the year, and both are still looking for their first Northern State Conference win. Add to that the fact that both are in the Class A, Sectional 33 field and the stakes are high Friday at LaVille.
“This is a big game with Triton being a conference team and also a sectional opponent,” said LaVille head football coach Brian Stultz. “You’d like to get that win against your sectional opponents to get that confidence going into the tournament. It’s a very big game for us as well as I feel it is for them."
