Triton’s Yeo nominated for McDonald’s All-American Games
BOURBON — Triton’s Clay Yeo has been nominated for the McDonald’s All-American Games, it was announced Thursday.
Yeo is among 814 seniors to be nominated for the games. This year’s list boasts players from 39 states and the District of Columbia who have been selected by high school coaches, athletic directors, principals and members of the McDonald’s All American Games Selection Committee. The final roster of 24 boys and 24 girls selected to play in the 2013 Games will be announced during the McDonald’s All-American Games Selection Show on ESPNU on Feb. 14 at 5 p.m. ET.
An athletic 6-foot-6 guard for the Trojans, Yeo recently signed on to play basketball at DI Valparaiso next year. He is the career scoring leader for Triton basketball and also holds records for most points in a single game and most points in a single season.
Yeo will be recognized for the All-American nomination when Triton hosts Rochester on Feb. 12 at 7 p.m.

The 36th Annual Boys Game will tip off Wednesday, April 3 at 8:30 p.m. CT from Chicago’s United Center and will be broadcast on ESPN. The 12th Annual Girls Game will precede the Boys Game, beginning at 6 p.m. CT and will broadcast live on ESPNU.
