Tennessee woman wrecks, arrested
PLYMOUTH – A Tennessee woman has been arrested for resisting law enforcement, operating while intoxicated, and operating a vehicle with a BAC of .15 percent or more after wrecking while trying to flea from authorities Friday night.
According to the Marshall County Police Department, Tracy Lynn Froehlich, 35, of Smyrna, Tenn. was stopped near the Rose Road railroad bridge after being observed driving in an impaired state in the area of 9th and Sycamore Roads. After stopping initially, Froehlich fled driving south from the bridge. Approximately a quarter of a mile later she lost control of the vehicle and ran into a ditch.
She was immediately taken into custody and was initially transported to St. Joseph Regional Medical Center, Plymouth. She was later lodged at the Marshall County Jail.
