DECATUR, Ill. — Scott Todd Thomas, 49, of 1640 N. Church St., Decatur, Ill., passed away at 4:40 a.m., Tuesday, Jan. 24, 2012, at Prairie Rose Health Care Center, in Pana, Ill. 
Scott was born Oct. 28, 1962, in Milwaukee, Wis., to Thomas and Julie (Bethke) Thomas. 
Scott is survived by his wife, Misty (Deurloo) Thomas of Decatur, Ill.; his daughter, Kayla Thomas; his stepchildren, Ashely Elliott, Micheal Mueller, Devin Mueller, Brittany St. Arnold, Justin Deurloo, Kristal Deurloo-Vance and Brandon Biesenberger; 10 grandchildren; his grandmother, Charlotte Bethke; his brother, Tim (Cathy) Thomas; his sister, Charlotte (Robert) Kuske; and many nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles. Scott was preceded in death by his grandfather, Raymond Bethke; his mother, Julie Bethke; and his father, Thomas Thomas.
