KOONTZ LAKE — Sandra Lee Carlson, 76, passed away Thursday, Dec. 20, 2012 in St. Joseph Regional Medical Center, Plymouth. Sandra was born May 14, 1936 in Hammond to Edwin and Ruth (Lysaker) Carlson and lived at Koontz Lake for 30 years, coming from Dyer. She was a homemaker.
Survivors include: daughters, Toni (John) Spinasanto of Lansing, Ill. and Kristy (Brian) Hofferth of Koontz Lake; sons, Greg (Lynda) White of Yorkville, Ill. and Scott (Donna) White of Crown Point; 11 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; one brother, Richard Carlson of Florida and one sister, Beryl Green of Culver. She was preceded in death by her parents and brothers, Donald and James Carlson.
Funeral services will be Sunday, Dec. 22, 2012 at 1 p.m. CST at Rannells Funeral Home, Koontz Lake Chapel. Burial will follow at the Grovertown Cemetery.
