PLYMOUTH — Robert C. Ulrich, 78, of Plymouth, passed away Sunday, Sept. 15, 2013, at 3:35 a.m., at his home.
Robert was born Sept. 3, 1935, in Three Rivers, Mich., to Clark and Jennie (McGray) Ulrich. Robert joined the United States Army, on May 10, 1955, and served in the Korean War. He was in the 75th Battery and was discharged on Feb. 20, 1957. Robert and his family moved to Plymouth in 1972. He worked, and retired from, Ristance Company in Argos, where he was the superintendent of the maintenance department. Bob was a member of the Plymouth Moose Lodge #741. He was a past Governor and held several offices, in the Lodge
Robert is survived by his daughter, Tanya L. Edington of Plymouth; his son, Rick (Deb) Ulrich of Michigan; his sister, Ruth Ochala of Michigan; six grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and his former wife, Carol Hennessy of Warsaw. He was preceded in death by his son, Tim in 1989, and a sister.
