TIPPECANOE — Robert A. Irvine, 65, a resident of Tippecanoe passed away Saturday, March 30, 2013 at 1:40 p.m. at his home.
Robert was born the son of Robert Irvine and Lucille M. Thompson Irvine on March 10, 1948 at Chicago, Ill. He was a resident of the Tippecanoe area since 1974 and was retired from Crown Electronics of Elkhart as an Electronics Technician. Following graduating from Fenger High School of Chicago in 1966 he later continued his education at DeVry Technical Institute. He served in the United States Navy from May 10, 1968 until June 5, 1974 when he was honorably discharged.
He is survived by his two brothers; Edward and wife Bev Irvine of Argos and Tim Irvine of Shelbyville, Ky.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Jan. 14, 2005 and his father, March 29, 1991.
In honoring his wishes there will be no visitation or funeral ceremony.
