Volleyball
Lady Falcons beat Bremen
John Glenn beat Bremen in three games 25-23, 25-11, 25-14 at Bremen Monday.
Brooke Baker led the Lady Lions attack with six kills, an ace and three blocks to go with six digs, while Allie Shorter set 12 assists with six digs, and Taylor Lashbrook recorded three kills, five digs and two blocks.
The Lions fall to 3-13 with the loss, while Glenn moves to an even 4-4 on the year.

Boys soccer
Crump, Frey lead Glenn over OD
John Glenn scored five goals in the first half and tacked on another three in the second half in an 8-0 shutout of the Bobcats at Oregon-Davis Monday.
Alex Crump and James Frey each had a hat trick with two goals in the first half and one in the second apiece.
The Falcons will return to play tonight at Bremen, while OD will play at Caston Thursday.

Elaina Ruiz scored twice and LaVille shut out host Mishawaka 2-0 Monday.
The Lady Lancers leveled 29 shots to just one by Mishawaka, and Abbie McBride recorded a save in goal for the blank sheet.

Culver loses at Hebron
Hebron scored in the 56th minute and held on for the 2-1 win over visiting Culver Community Monday.
Caroline Baker scored on a penalty kick in the 48th minute to knot the game at 1-all for Culver, but the tie didn’t last.
