The Lady Dragons got an early lead when Patterson’s cross, just four minutes in, was one-touched by Raelynn LaFrance to Sammie Hopkins. The junior midfielder put the ball in the back of the net, but the Dragons misfired on several other chances and couldn’t pull away from the hosts. Logansport’s Seanna Redman tied the game early in the second half, collecting a rebound from a defender. Despite the level score, Argos picked up the pressure and passing in the second half, and the Dragons finally pulled away to secure the win.
