Girls basketball
Trojans shoot down Satellites
BOURBON — Class A No. 6 Triton finished 9 of 15 from 3-point territory while holding South Central to 26 percent from the field en route to a 69-36 girls basketball win at Union Mills Friday.
Triton senior Shana Anderson went 9 of 15 from the field — 4-for-5 from behind the 3-point arc — on her way to a team-high 24 points, seven boards, five assists, and five steals.
Taylor Hatfield chipped in 19 points, also drilled four of her five 3-point attempts for the Trojans, and Kylie Mason contributed 12 points.
Jill Rosenbaum led the Satellites with 14 points and 12 rebounds.

5th grade basketball
Riverside 5th beats Bremen
The Riverside Rockets fifth grade basketball teams beat Bremen Thursday night.
The Riverside A team won 38-2. Leading the Rockets in scoring were Trey Galloway with 12 point, Adam Hunter with eight and Zephan Nixon with six.
Dane Funston, Kameron VanLue and Joseph Styers led the defense.
The Riverside B team defeated Bremen 12-6.
Scoring for the Rockets were Andy Rostron with six points, Nick Craft with four and Kameron Ray with two.
Riverside’s next game will be Thursday, November 29 at Riverside Intermediate School. It will be an A game only, followed by the sixth Grade A game versus Oregon-Davis.

Men’s college basketball
Chargers stay perfect against Goshen JV
The Ancilla College men’s basketball team continued its success with a win over the Goshen College JV, 85-58, on the road.
The Chargers remained undefeated at 4-0 with the win.
Standout performer Demetrius Adams had 31 points, six rebounds three blocks. Jacob Frazier and Rosey Green each added 10 points, while Corey Burton tallied six assists.
The Chargers will host Edison Community College today with tipoff scheduled for 3 p.m.
