8th grade football
Lincoln 8th advances to NELMSC championship
The Lincoln eighth grade football team travel to Warsaw for the second round of the NELMSC, beating Edgewood 44-12 to advance to the championship next Tuesday. Offensive leaders were David Bacon, Tristen Mcmillen and Colten Schuler with two touchdowns each. Jake Young had four PATs, and the offensive line did a great job opening holes for the running backs.
Defensive leaders were Nate Nixon, Jorge Quintana, Colin Roth and Michael Lamb. Jace Mayer had an interception. Patrick Houser had a fumble recovery in special teams.   
Lincoln’s eighth grade moves to 9-2.

8th grade volleyball
Lincoln closes with win
Lincoln eighth grade volleyball season ended its season with a win over LaVille 25-15, 25-11. 
Leaders for the Red Storm were Cassie McPherron in serving and hitting, Brittany Splix in serving, Kennedy Snyder in passing, Adrianna Lowry and Kassie Dickie in hitting and L.J. Singleton and Ashley Harrell in setting.
The Red Storm closed the season with an impressive 23-2 record, winning every tournament they were entered in, including the Indian Springs Invitational, the Crestview Invitational, and the conference tourney.
