PLYMOUTH — Randall O. Kreier, 54, a Plymouth resident for the last 20 years, coming from Streator, Ill., passed away at 9:30 p.m. Monday, June 3, 2013 at his residence under the loving care of his family and hospice.
The son of Ronald and Margaret Evans Kreier, Randy was born July 5, 1958 in St. Louis, Mo. He attended Woodland High School.
Randy was a welder by trade. He enjoyed bowling and being an avid outdoorsman, he loved golfing, fishing and hunting. He was an avid sports fan, especially of the Chicago Bears and the Cardinals. He was a member of the Plymouth American Legion and the Plymouth Moose Lodge.
Randy accepted Jesus into his life last Friday evening.
He is survived by his parents, Ronald and Margaret Kreier of Streator, Ill.; his fianceé and companion for the last 20 years, Susie Pfledderer of Plymouth; his son, Brandon Kreier of Plymouth; his stepson, Jason (Yankho) Pfledderer of South Bend and stepdaughter, Kimberly Yeager of Plymouth; his brother, Rodney (Michelle) Kreier and sister, Rhonda Kreier, both of Streator, Ill.; and six granddaughters: Skye, Kamara, Miranda, Leanna, Boston and Arianna.
Randy was preceded in death by his son, Keith Kreier.
Friends may visit with Randy’s family from 5-7 p.m. Thursday June 6, 2013 in the Johnson-Danielson Funeral Home, 1100 N. Michigan St., Plymouth. Funeral services will immediately follow in the funeral home at 7 p.m., officiated by Pastor Jason Plfedderer.
A memorial service will be held from 5-7 p.m. Sunday, June 9, 2013 in the Primitive Methodist Church, 1016 N. Wasson St., Streator, Ill. Services will immediately follow in the church at 7 p.m., officiated by Pastor Rodney Kreier.
Burial will take place in the Riverview Cemetery, Streator, Ill.
