The former Bike Barn building at 103 Lake Shore Drive, empty since last year, is now home to Quality Comfort Heating and Air Conditioning, owned by Jamey Arthurhultz. And though the location of the business may be new (occupancy began last month), Quality Comfort has been around for 10 years, according to Jamey's wife Nicky, who manages the company's office. Jamey himself has 20 years' experience in heating and air conditioning.
For much of its existence, Quality Comfort operated out of the Arthurhultz home, but for the past year it occupied a storfront at State Roads 10 and 17 (next to Jamieson's Town & Country Package Liquors), which Nicky says "went so well" for the operation. The move near to downtown allows for stocking some items, convenience of delivery to the business, and especially easier access to customers.
Quality Comfort specializes in Luxaire equipment, which Nicky says provides a good warranty program for customers and, as an added bonus, is a supporter of the Make-A-Wish Foundation, important to the Arthurhultz's. Quality Comfort, besides heating and air conditioning, does light plumbing and electrical work, water heaters, and also handles up and coming approaches such as geothermal heating and solar-based power.
Quality Comfort may be reached toll-free at 866-553-2836, or by email at email@example.com.View more articles in:
