Man arrested for battery, confinement
PLYMOUTH — New Year’s Eve morning, a female came to the Plymouth Police Department to report a case of domestic battery.
Officer Ryan Richey spoke with the subject Monday morning.
He began an investigation at the police department and then it continued on to the residence at 520 N. Michigan St.
During the investigation Matthew C. Bowen of the Michigan Street address was arrested for Domestic Battery and Criminal Confinement.
His bond was set at $5,005.

Several arrested New Year’s Day
MARSHALL CO. — Four people were booked into Marshall County Jail on alcohol-related charges on New Year’s Day.
One charge was for underage drinking while three others were arrested for driving while intoxicated.
Michael Patrick Benwell, 23, Plymouth; Kyle Aaron Thomas, 45, Rochester and Elsabeth Trevino, 22, Plymouth were all booked into Marshall County Jail on charges of driving while intoxicated. Trevino was also booked for driving while suspended.
